- Product Overview: Urtinex® Oral Solution is a second-generation antihistamine formulation containing Rupatadine, designed for the treatment of allergic rhinitis and chronic urticaria, particularly suitable for pediatric patients.

- Pharmacological Class: Second-Generation H1 Antihistamine
- Mechanism of Action: Rupatadine selectively blocks peripheral H1 histamine receptors and also exhibits platelet-activating factor (PAF) antagonist activity, helping reduce allergic inflammation and symptoms.
